These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph01 ("ph01," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph01 website located at ph01.app and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the ph01 Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by ph01, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the ph01 Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the ph01 Platform regardless of how they access it – whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any application provided by ph01. Access to and use of the ph01 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of your use of the Platform;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ph01 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded from the ph01 Platform or any other gaming platform operated by ph01 or its affiliates;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

ph01 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ph01 may result in account suspension or termination.

To access the full range of ph01 services, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the ph01 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or winnings therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any other person;
• Notify ph01 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account;
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Not allow any other person to use your ph01 account to place bets or conduct transactions.

ph01 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these account security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have previously notified ph01 of a security breach.

ph01 supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions on the ph01 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). ph01 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your ph01 account upon confirmation of receipt by ph01's payment processing systems. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are displayed at the point of transaction. ph01 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before any withdrawal can be processed;
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to deposit funds into your ph01 account;
• ph01 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal;
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your account dashboard;
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.

ph01 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if the withdrawal cannot be completed for any reason, including but not limited to failed verification, suspected fraud, or technical issues with the payment provider.

ph01 offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable across all ph01 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• ph01 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in account termination;
• ph01 reserves the right to determine whether a player qualifies for any particular promotion at its sole discretion.

By participating in any game on the ph01 Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph01 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time;
• Registering or operating more than one account on the ph01 Platform;
• Using the ph01 Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the ph01 Platform or its underlying software;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting any bug, error, or vulnerability in the ph01 Platform software;
• Using the ph01 Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your ph01 account;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behaviour toward ph01 staff or other players.

All content on the ph01 Platform, including but not limited to the ph01 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials (collectively, "Intellectual Property"), is owned by or licensed to ph01 and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph01 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ph01 content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any ph01 content;
• Use any ph01 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the ph01 Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of ph01 Intellectual Property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

ph01 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph01 Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph01 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ph01 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

ph01 may be required to disclose your personal information to Philippine regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other government bodies where required by applicable law, including in connection with anti-money laundering investigations or court orders.

ph01 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph01 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph01 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond ph01's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials;
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game content or promotional materials.

ph01's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph01 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ph01's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

ph01 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a third party on your behalf;
• A requirement to do so under applicable Philippine law or regulatory direction;
• Any other reason that ph01 determines, in its sole discretion, warrants account action.

Upon termination of your account, any genuine funds remaining in your account balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and ph01's anti-money laundering obligations.

You may close your ph01 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such dispute.

ph01 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the ph01 Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

ph01 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the ph01 Platform after any such changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
